Return Policy

At Hell Corporation Merchandise, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because our products are made-to-order and fulfilled by Printful, please read our return policy carefully.

Damaged or Defective Items

We accept returns and replacements for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Because each item is printed on demand specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for incorrect size selections or change-of-mind purchases. Please review our size guides carefully before placing your order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report an issue, contact us at merch@hellcorporation.org with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

For defective or misprinted items, return shipping is covered. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
