Orders

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. 

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, shipping has usually begun. Contact us immediately at merch@hellcorporation.org if you need to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, a confirmation email is sent automatically after your order is placed. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Our primary fulfilment is US-based, so US orders typically arrive fastest.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after production. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on location and customs.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Products

Are your products true to size?
We recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering. Sizing can vary between styles and brands.

Will colours look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the print process.

Are products ethically made?
Our products are fulfilled by Printful, which works with WRAP- and OEKO-TEX-certified manufacturers.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 30 days of delivery. Please see our full Return Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us at merch@hellcorporation.org with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll sort it out quickly.
